Comfortable and incredibly friendly hotel located in a local area just next door to the beaches as well as Arbeia Roman Fort. Amiable staff and a delicious breakfast with cooked food served up and all the various items. Recently renovated and large room for a family event, excellent service. Perfect and excellent location relatively close to Church of St Simon.

my favourite property in south shields. nice hotel with courteous personnel at reception desk. nice building, marvellous location close to other attractions that south shields has to offer, the terrific attractions on offer in south tyneside and south shields and newcastle. plus, 15 minutes drive from jarrow hall.

The location was comfortable and ideal - within walking distance of everywhere we wanted to go.

The location near the port was marvellous and absolutely perfect. the room was newly decorated and lovely sized with a work desk, coffee/tea making machines, and multi, channel television. the place had a comfortable atmosphere. the service here was excellent. The hotel has a great bar on-site. the room was lovely-sized with a huge comfy bed. the location is magnificent and marvelous, next to Newcastle, the beaches of South Shields, and Yorkshire.

The rooms have been recently renovated, perfect for a family event, and the beach location is convenient.

The location was ideal and within walking distance to all the places we wanted to visit, and we were warmly welcomed with a clean room featuring a large, comfortable bed for our family of five.

This place is highly recommended for its exceptional and friendly reception staff, excellent location close to Church of St Simon, and delicious food options.

The hotel had excellent staff. the room was recently refurbished and reasonably priced. - the location is magnificent, with Jarrow Hall just 2 km away.

I recently stayed at Premier Inn for two nights and it was the best value in the area. The location was excellent, quiet at night, and just a short 10-minute drive to Nissan UK. Having Brewer's Fayre on site was a real bonus, offering good value and service. The staff were all incredibly friendly and great with the kids.

I liked the friendly and welcoming staff at this hotel. They were always ready to assist and made me feel comfortable during my stay. The room was also clean and well-maintained, which is always a plus when traveling. the location of the hotel was convenient as it allowed for easy access to key areas in the city.
